Kulkarni picked up 5-34 as Buzzard posted 258 all out after choosing to bat with Alfie Ruston (53), Wayne Tyas (47), Matthew Gurney (41) and James Raine (36) in the runs. Charlie Turner (2-31), skipper Robin Pykett (1-37), George Horsley (1-41) and Ceri Holmes (1-72) also picked up wickets.
Kulkarni then top-scored in Horspath's innings with 39, but with Craig Wharton (31) and Holmes (24) the only other batsman to make an impact, the hosts slumped to 140 all out. Andy Smith (3-31) and Sam Roberts (3-52) led the way for Buzzard.
Second-placed Horspath 4th maintained their promotion push in Division 7 with a 40-run win at Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts. Harvey Shorter top-scored with 31 as Horspath made 196 all out after being put in to bat. They then bowled out Nondescripts for 156 with Steve Richardson taking 3-23.
