Skipper Ryan Hicks (36) and Chris Jones (32) got Horspath back on track, but wickets tumbled to Arshad Latif (4-48), and it took the last pair to see the home side over the line off the first ball of the 50th over.
Earlier, Stuart Berry had taken 4-24 to hold Stokenchurch in check.
His haul included opener Syed Kazmi, who smashed 50 from 39 deliveries with nine fours and a six, and Hasnain Arshad (33).
Alex Jackson (2-39) and Oakley (2-58) were also among the wickets.
The win moves the side up to eighth place.
