Horspath's total proved below par, though, as opener Rhys Nicholas hit an unbeaten 68 off 77 balls with six fours and three sixes to steer the home side to victory and top spot at 168-2 off 30 overs.

He put on an unbroken stand of 85 for the third wicket with Nimesh Chavda, who smashed an unbeaten 54 from 45 deliveries with four boundaries and four sixes after Raykar had hammered a rapid 31. Andy Cummings and Joe Gibbs took the only wickets to fall.

Chasing Swifts 130 after putting the visitors in to bat, Todd smashed nine fours and two sixes in his 61-ball knock to take Horspath to victory at 134-4.

Arsalan Khattak (4-24) and Euan Barrett (4-41) had earlier worked their way through the Swifts' batting after opener Edd Priest top-scored with 32.

Meanwhile, Horspath's run in the Steve Dixon Memorial Cup came to an end with a 49-run defeat at home to Risinghurst in the semi-final.

The visitors made 181-9 after being put in to bat with Sandeep George hitting 57 as Shreyas Anand, Barrett, Tom Smith and Ryan Hicks took two wickets apiece.

Horspath were always up against it after losing early wickets, and eventually fell for 132 all out despite a good knock of 28 from George Crawford. John Thompson took 3-31 for Risinghurst, who now face Witney Swifts 2nd in the final.
