Du Toit's five-wicket haul sets up Horspath 2nd's easy victory

SEAMER Erasmus Du Toit claimed his first five-wicket haul for Horspath 2nd to set up a resounding victory at Sandford St Martin in Cherwell League Division 2.

Du Toit bowled a consistent line and length to take 5-25 off 12 overs as Sandford crashed to 80 all out and a seven-wicket defeat after electing to bat. 

Charlie Turner picked up 2-17, before his brother, Alfie, polished off the innings with 3-9. Horspath coasted to victory at 84-3. 

Opener Robbie Eason made 30, before Amin Rafiq and Tyrone Eyles with an unbeaten 17 saw the side over the line inside 15 overs.
