Jehan Mohammed (2-15) had earlier continued his good form by removing both Didcot openers, while skipper Lloyd Belcher picked up 2-14 later in the innings as 23 extras - boosted by 18 wides - provided the home side's top score.
Horspath lost three early wickets in reply with off-spinner Richard Cook (1-14) and leg-spinner Raj Kiran Chowdaboyina (1-16) asking plenty of questions of the visitors' batsmen, before Anupam Sanklecha (36no) and Tyrone Eyles (17) came together for a match-winning stand.
Sanklecha showed all his experience in the conditions and, after hitting one mighty six over long on, he secured victory at 99-4 by lofting the second delivery of the penultimate over into the fence at extra cover on the first bounce.
Horspath will be looking to complete a hat-trick of wins in the competition when they entertain Oxenford at the Recreation Ground next Tuesday.
