Chasing the hosts' 245 all out after putting them in to bat, opener O'Connor led the way from the front with 12 fours in his 127-ball knock. He shared a fourth-wicket stand of 90 with Shahbaz Ali (45), but without further support Horspath were bowled out for 215 as David Pearce (3-22) and Matthew Pearce (3-41) shone for the hosts.
Earlier, Tom Moore (91) and James Hawkes (50) had provided the backbone of Bledlow's innings as Luke Heritage (3-45) and Liam Manley (3-48) got among the wickets for Horspath.
Horspath 3rd produced an excellent bowling display to record a 33-run win at home to Division 4 leaders Brackley.
Having posted 175 all out after being put in to bat, Horspath dismissed the visitors for 145. Mohson Rana (4-36) led the way well supported by Josh Richardson (3-50), Swapnil Kulkarni (2-28) and Stuart Berry, who bowled five maidens in his ten overs as he picked up 1-12.
Earlier, captain Craig Wharton (34) and Alex Thomas (33) put on 72 for Horspath's first wicket before the hosts were pegged back by Joshua Rowland (3-16) and Keith Cartwright (3-32).
Horspath 4th tumbled to a 94-run defeat at Witney Mills 2nd in Division 7.
The hosts made 221-9 off 45 overs after being put in to bat with Richard Tilley (57) top-scoring after openers Ross Morgan (42) and Steve Holford (37) had laid the foundations. Charlie Turner (3-36) was the pick of the Horspath attack, while Clive Ricks took 3-65, Harvey Shorter 2-22 and Robin Pykett 1-31.
Horspath were never in the hunt despite Adam Thompson's 46 as they were bowled out for 127 with Manamohan Pandurangan (3-30) to the fore for Mills.
