The young off-spinner's superb spell of 5-73 allied to fellow 14-year-old and off-spinner Alfie Turner's 3-36 saw Cropredy held to 174-9 after being put in to bat. Saim Hussain (57) top-scored for the hosts, with James Coleman making 39. Horspath were 103-6 off 39.3 overs when play was called off due to rain.
Craig Wharton hit 80 in Horspath 3rd's rain-affected draw at bottom club Chearsley in Division 5.
He received good support from Dan Jones (47) as Horspath were bowled out for Horspath 194 with Ed Holland taking 4-36. Chearsley were 119-4 off 23.5 overs in reply when the game was washed out.
