Bob Walker |
We are delighted that Denis Walker has agreed to succeed his father, and at almost the age of 60 assumes the post at a greater age than which his father did.
Also after a period of five years Peter Walker has stepped down from the role of Chairman. Those five years have seen the Club achieve great success both on and off the field. 2016 was most possibly the best season's playing results in the Club's history. With the 1st X1 going through the season unbeaten and regaining it's position in Division 1 of the Home Counties Premier League. The 2nd X1 and 4th X1 cementing their places in Divisions 1 and 7 of the Cherwell League, with the 3rd X1 gaining, the previously elusive, promotion to Division 4. On top of that the Junior sides won the Under 17,13 and 11 County titles
John Hilland |
He is succeeded by John 'Hilly' Hilland who will bring his own inimitable style of leadership to the post and will be an undoubted success in ensuring the Club continues it's development and progress
