Joey Todd 84 |
Dom O'Connor and Joey Todd put on 50 for Horspath's first wicket, before the former fell for 30. Todd went on to make 84 off 93 balls with three sixes and 11 fours when he appeared unlucky to be given out caught behind. Biggs chipped in with 33, but he was one of a number of bizarre dismissals, and it was left to Skelton (21no) to see Horspath home at 247-9.

Horspath 4th slumped to a disastrous 10-5 on the way to a four-wicket defeat by bottom club Oxford 4th in Division 7 at the Oxford University Sports Ground, Marston. After being put in to bat, the visitors top order was blown away by William Sheehan (3-12) and Tom Partridge (2-17), before Greg Handley (45) and Paul Hicks (26) salvaged some respectability as Horspath were 97 all out, Matt Todd taking (3-28). Oxford also found runs hard to come by with Trevor Spindler taking 3-19 from 15 overs, but they finally secured victory at 98-6, aided by 36 extras.
