Maureen Shepherd

It is with great sorrow that we learn of the death of Maureen Shepherd after losing her brave battle against illness. Maureen has been an ardent supporter of the Club since meeting Pete and was a regular presence at matches.

When the Club reformed in 2004 she became a most valued member of the committee , carrying out most of the Secretarial duties, as well as setting up and monitoring the Club’s website. She was always the source of encouragement and sound advice and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Our thoughts, at this sad time are with Pete, Jackie, Karen, Vicki and Maureen’s family.

Details of the funeral will be announced later
