The club's Annual General Meeting will be held at Horspath Village Hall on Sunday 4th December 2011, starting at 8.00pm. The AGM is usually a short meeting, typically less than an hour, and it provides the forum for members to question the committee on any aspect of the club. A copy of the Agenda for this year's meeting can be seen here.
The AGM will be preceeded by a Players' Meeting at 6.30pm.
